- Customers who have previously received a refund.
- Requests received more than 30 days after the transaction date.
- Transactions are done for plan upgrades or downgrades from any plan to any plan, including upgrades from the free plan.
- Accounts on platforms where we offer a free 90 days trial. You should try our free trial and purchase once satisfied with the performance. Accounts that took advantage of the free trial period are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers on custom/customized plans are not available on our website but are offered by our other channels, such as the sales and support team.
- Bugs and Broken Features
In many cases, we see that the expected results are not achieved just because of inappropriate configuration or third-party services our clients use along with Theme Demo. Please allow our team to review and implement recommended settings or resolve issues with our software after receiving your refund request. We act as clients in different areas daily and appreciate your understanding of this subject. We believe it would be unfair to deny us the opportunity to work on the fixes.

The refund procedure may take up to 48 hours to begin. Once the refund is completed, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Refund payment processing costs may apply if the payment gateway you use charges them at the initial transaction time. The client shall pay such processing fees.

Any recurring subscription can be canceled anytime without prior request or notice by the subscriber.
